Positions Available
• Entry-Level Florist - No experience required, full training provided
• Experienced Florist - 1-3 years experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Create floral arrangements including bouquets and table flowers
• Maintain flower freshness and condition stock properly
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with inventory and daily operations
• Work collaboratively to meet orders and deadlines
• [Experienced Florists] Mentor and guide junior staff

Requirements
All Candidates:
• Willingness to learn and strong team player
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Flexible with weekends and festive periods (employees will be compensated accordingly)

Experienced Candidates:
• 1-3 years floristry experience
• Knowledge of floral styles and flower care
• Certification in floristry (preferred)
